FFU是风机和过滤器的组合，也可称为“自带风机的过滤设备”。FFU通常安装在洁净 室的送风末端，一般放置在吊装的干式垫片密封龙骨框架上，FFU上面部分为风机模 块，下面部分为过滤器。根据洁净度的要求，过滤器可为不同等级的高效（HEPA） 或超高效(ULPA)过滤器,为洁净室提供洁净空气。
